With the median house price in QLD sitting at $480,000 and rental yields as high as 5% compared to NSW at $810,000 and Victoria at $660,000 and rental yields in these areas slipping to around 3%. South East QLD is likely to too be the next area to experience significant capital growth. In particular areas of Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast are looking like the next hotspots.
