Nicklin Way, heading north: Take Regatta Boulevard exit. Follow Regatta Boulevard over the bridge to the Oceanside sales centre.

Nicklin Way, heading south: Take Lake Kawana Boulevard and turn left into Birtinya Boulevard. Turn left at Regatta Boulevard to the Oceanside sales centre.

Kawana Way: Take Lake Kawana Boulevard and turn right into Birtinya Boulevard. Turn left at Regatta Boulevard to the Oceanside sales centre.
